Unless specified differently under the product details, there is a comprehensive 1 year parts and labour warranty on all of our products for problems that have occurred during normal usage within a residential home.  

On the rare occasion that a problem occurs it can generally be resolved by us giving advice and where appropriate, free replacement parts.  If we cannot resolve a problem in this way then please contact us for a reference number and return the item to us, we will then repair and return the product at our cost.

If you plan to use any of the products in an environment other than a residential home then you must check to see if the product is covered under warranty for the environment it is going to be used in.  For example a product with a ‘home use’ warranty will not be covered at all if used in a light or full commercial environment. 

The warranty does not cover failure of a product if the problem has clearly been caused by unreasonable or abusive use, additionally if the customer alters the product in any way or fails to provide reasonable and necessary care, the warranty will become void.

If you live outside of the UK we suggest that you contact us prior to purchasing to make sure the product you are interested in will be covered under warranty.
