Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, Technofit™ will not be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes.
Due to continuous product development specifications may change and we may substitute a product for one of similar or better quality, we will of course contact you in this event. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will contact you to advise you of the lead time or offer you a suitable alternative product.

Title of Goods
Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until such time as the goods are paid for in full.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers we think you'll find valuable. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Normal delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Please note that unless the carrier offers a delivery booking in service your order will arrive without prior notification. A card will be left if no one is home & the goods returned to the carrier’s local depot to await your contact. If you do not contact the carrier and the item is returned to our warehouse a re-delivery charge will be made.
The freight delivery service you receive may vary among carrier companies. Since our carriers deliver to the curb side immediately adjacent to their vehicle it may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home, this is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as carriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 8am & 6pm. We or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. Surcharges will be made for deliveries outside of the UK, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands details are on our website.
Damaged Items
Your order will be delivered by our appointed carrier, when it arrives you will be asked to sign the delivery note. Please be aware that by signing the delivery note you are accepting on behalf of Technofit™ that the item has been received in 'good condition'.
If for any reason you suspect that the item may be damaged i.e. the box or other packaging shows signs of damage you must indicate this on the delivery note. Do not simply sign 'unchecked' or 'not examined' this is not accepted by the carrier. If necessary open the packaging and inspect the item BEFORE you sign. If you sign for the parcel in 'good condition' and later find any damage we will NOT be able to make a claim on your behalf.
Termination and Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your contract with us and obtain a refund. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods; this can either be by email, fax or post. You may then arrange to return the goods to us. Any free gifts issued with the order must be returned to us. Please see Returns Policy and Refunds.
Returns Policy and Refunds
Goods must be received by us in the condition they left our warehouse i.e. in the original packaging and unused. The cost of the outbound and return carriage will be borne by the customer. Any specially arranged services for which a charge has been made i.e. Saturday delivery will not be refunded. In the case that goods are returned to us not in original packaging but in good condition for resale then a re-packaging charge will be made of 15% of the value of the goods. This will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the arrival of the product into our warehouse.
Disclaimers
We endeavour to keep product information as up to date as possible. However, specifications are liable to change without notice. Product photographs are intended to illustrate the particular model as best they can. While every effort is made to provide accurate and up to date information we can not be held responsible for any errors or omission on our website.
We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, rarely an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If a pricing error is discovered or an order is placed at the erroneous price we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be held responsible for any injury, accidents or damage to property which might occur in the use or misuse of our products.
Warranties
All of our warranties are on a return to warehouse basis. In the event of a problem arising we will wherever possible issue you with spare parts to resolve the fault. However if this should fail to resolve the matter then the product will need to be returned to our warehouse at the customers cost for repair. Following repair we will re-deliver the product to you at our cost. Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser of the goods.
Medical Advice
Whilst our website aims to give sound advice for the use and suitability of our products we strongly recommend that customers consult their doctor or specialist before undertaking any form of exercise.
