Under Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the date you receive the product to return your order for a refund if you're not happy with it. We will require you to pay the delivery costs back to us and you will need to contact us first to arrange for a returns number to be raised. The item will also need to be in its original packaging with all parts intact. Occasionally products can be damaged in transit. We will replace or repair any items that are damaged in transit, however please report the damage to us by e-mail or phone within 2 working days of receiving the delivery.
If a product develops a fault and is still in warranty, we will firstly try to resolve the matter by sending you the necessary spare parts as this is the fastest and most effective action. Failing this we will require you to return the product to our warehouse at your cost. We will endeavour to repair the item and return it to you at our cost or where repair is not possible issue a replacement.
