Under Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the date you receive the product to return your order for a refund if you're not happy with it. We will require you to pay the delivery costs back to us and you will need to contact us first to arrange for a returns number to be raised. The item will also need to be in its original packaging with all parts intact and in a saleable condition. The goods must be insured against loss and damage whilst in transit and the carrier must request a signature as proof of delivery.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return.
