Free Delivery

The free delivery offer is valid for deliveries being made to the UK mainland. Any deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Europe will carry a surcharge which is clearly detailed at the checkout stage.

Which couriers do you use?
 
Normally, for items that weigh 50kg or less we use either Parcelforce or Lynx on a next working day service. Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same day. Orders before 2pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday and orders after 2pm on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday. For heavier items such as multi gyms and treadmills we use the Palletways network. Deliveries take between 2 and 3 working days to arrive and for same day despatch your order is required by 2pm.

Can I track my order?

You will normally receive an email containing tracking information if your item is being delivered by either Parcelforce or Lynx.  If your item is being delivered by the Palletways network you will receive a booking in call from your local depot prior to delivery.

What happens if my item is damaged in transit?

Goods are covered for loss or damage whilst in transit, however you must inform us of damaged goods within 2 working days of receipt of goods and mark the delivery note as ‘Damaged’ for this insurance to be valid. In signing for the item you are agreeing that it has arrived successfully and undamaged meaning a later claim will not be considered.

Do I need to assist the delivery driver?

Your item may be delivered by a lone driver and therefore your assistance in unloading the
package and moving it to your front door may be necessary.
